Haven’t met Amelia yet? Well it’s about time you did! After a 4 year hiatus completing her second degree in Athletic Therapy (obviously the first one is in Kinesiology), we’re excited to have this friendly face back in the studio working with the best clients and helping them move well and feel better. Drop by and say hi!
Q: What do you do and how long have you been involved in the health and sports industry?
A: I’ve been involved since I can remember. Playing sport with the “boys” during recess while living in Manitoba to now, where I’m working with all ages to help achieve their goals in health, fitness, rehab, and achieving life goals.

Q: What’s your spirit animal?
A: Sloth. Definitely…sloth
