June 10 – Vancouver Spartan Race

Adventure / obstacle races aren’t just for crazy fitness people! Only 5 miles and full of fun obstacles, this event held at Mount Seymour is a good way to test your mettle and throw a spear, crawl under barb wire and jump over a fire!
