If you’re planning on being out in the Howe Sound area, check out this festival in Squamish. This one day, outdoor community yoga festival features some of the best yoga teachers from the Sea to Sky corridor. Come downward dog with us!

June 10 – Vancouver Spartan Race

Adventure / obstacle races aren’t just for crazy fitness people! Only 5 miles and full of fun obstacles, this event held at Mount Seymour is a good way to test your mettle and throw a spear, crawl under barb wire and jump over a fire!
