Suitable for all levels, our Yoga practice is an active, flowing style yoga class that synchronizes breath with movement to improve strength, balance and flexibility.

Our Yoga is taught in a personalized one-on-one session or a small group setting (maximum 6 students) to allow hands-on instruction and tailored modifications; which ensures that you get the most out of each class.
Our experienced yoga instructors are attentive and mindful of the individual needs and experience level of each class participant. With clear verbal and tactile cues, your instructor will expertly guide you through your practice – providing modifications where needed to keep you safe and seeing the benefits of your practice.
