Who’s that fresh face in our studio? That lady that suddenly appears out of nowhere, willing to lend a hand, help out, take care of all your scheduling needs? Please welcome our Faces of “Le Physique” star, Sarra!
Q: What do you do and how long have you been involved in the health industry?
A: I am a Client Care Manager at Le Physique. I have been involved in the sports industry for about 5 years by taking on volunteering and coordinating roles in various minor hockey tournaments, and more recently, at Le Physique in my co-op position.
Q: What inspired you to do what you do?
A: I have been playing sports my whole life and have found such happiness in doing so. After sustaining a few injuries and being exposed to different roles in the sports/health industry, I knew that this is what I wanted to pursue and learn more about.
Q: What are your favourite things about fitness and kinesiology?
A: My favourite part about the health world is seeing the progress and joy in people when achieving their goals. I can not wait to delve more into the industry and help more people with their health!
Q: Outside of work, where can people most often find you?
A: Outside of work you will probably find me in nature! I love exploring BC, especially the (hidden) lakes and trails, as well as just getting some fresh air.
Q: Favourite hobby?
A: One of favourite hobbies is crocheting; I learned in textiles class in grade 9 and have been crocheting ever since!
Q: What’s your favourite music
A: I love all genres of music and will usually vibe to whatever music is playing. On my own time, I tend to listen to R&B and rap, as well as 00’s and 10’s pop music.
Q: What’s your favourite exercise?
A: My favourite exercise is lying tricep extensions, aka skull crushers.
Q: what are 3 things people don’t know about you?
A: I can eat a whole cantaloupe in one sitting, I am scared of birds, and I have never broken a bone!

A: Astronaut
